Now select District, Sub Div, Circle, Mauza, Survey Type: RS Revisional Survey or CS Cadastral Survey, Map Instance, Sheet No.

Now select your plot from the map . Now the information about area, khesra number, boundary of the field will be displayed in front of you.

Now you can download the map of your plot in PDF by clicking on LPM Reports .

Mutation Application, Bhulekhland

Visit the official website of Bihar Bhoomi .
On the home page , click on “ Apply for Online Mutation ” button.

To register, click on “ Registration ”.
Now you will have to fill both the sections in the Personal Details and Address Details in the registration form . After this, you will have to click on “ Register Now ” given below .

Now log in and enter Applicant Details, Document Details, Buyer Details, Seller Details, Plot Details and after uploading the documents click on Final Submit button.

Now your application for mutation will be done successfully, in it you will get a case number and a receipt, with the help of which you can track its status.

On the new page, enter district, zone, financial year and click on “ Proceed ” button.
After this, choose any one of the following: Search by Case Number, Search by Deed Number, Search by Mouza, Search by Plot Number .

Click on the View Jamabandi Register option on the main page .
Now select district, zone and mouza on the new page, then click on the Proceed button.

Now select one of the options given below:

Now enter mobile number and captcha on parimarjanplus.bihar.gov.in page and click on “Sign In”

Now select your district and zone and click on “ Apply for New LPC ”.
Now on the new page, after entering the information related to District, Zone, Halka, Mouza, etc., click on any of the buttons like Current, Page Current, Search by Raiyat Name, Search by Plot Number, Search by Account Number, Search by Jamabandi Number, enter its number in it and click on the “ Search ” button. Click on the option “ View LPC Application Status ” on the home page .
On the page of parimarjan.bihar.gov.in , select district, zone, financial year and click on “ Proceed ” button.
Now click on any one of Search by Case Number, Search by Deed Number, Search by Mouza, Search by Plot Number and enter it.
Now enter the captcha and click on “ Search ” button.

Now the status of the application will appear on the screen, you can see it.
